Shipping & Refunds
Most items in our store are hand made to order. This means that once your order is placed, we queue it up for production. We do NOT carry an inventory of items at this time (other than Caron & Doucet oil & wax).
34 Orange is committed to making sure any item purchased with us is delivered safely and securely. We ship all items when available through FedEx Ground. Larger, heavier items are shipped freight. If a client has specific needs for rush or overnight shipping, we will work with the customer to provide a seamless experience.
- In stock items usually ship in 2 to 3 business days.
- Made to order store items usually have a 2 week lead time.
- Custom project builds usually have a 4 week lead time.
- We currently only ship items with-in the United States.
Once order has been shipped, customer will receive a tracking number to the email address provided at checkout. If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping or fulfillment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns are accepted. You have 7 days from receiving the item to open a claim. Once we receive the item back into our procession, we will issue a full refund for your purchase. For questions on refunds, please email us at email@example.com.
